Dr. Choyce's family is originally from Houston.  Because his father was a naval aviator, Dr. Choyce moved a lot in his

youth.  Today he is busy with daughter Kate and son Alex. Last but not least in the Choyce family are

their beloved pets: Sky and Charlize (the Burmese cats), Flattop and Georgie (the African Grey Parrots),

Romeo and Juliet (the lovebirds),

and a beloved long haired dachshund named Freckles, who is cared for by Dr. Choyce, but

lives with a senior citizen to provide love and companionship.  Including veterinary medicine and being a dad, Dr. Choyce

also enjoys working out at Lifetime Fitness, running, MS 150 tours, guitar, singing, camping,

backpacking, youth and mission activities at church, and studying Spanish
