›› Boarding

All boarders are walked at least three times a day and every kennel is thoroughly cleaned at least twice a day.  Boarders are fed Hills Science Diet  products, unless other food is preferred, and plenty of fresh water is always available.  Our air-conditioned kennels are located inside the heart of the hospital, ensuring that boarders are involved in our daily routines. 

 

›› Reservations:

Give us a call to book your pet's reservation when you plan to go out of town or to request our services for any reason.  Our boarding rates are based on the pet's current weight and are on a "per-night" charge.  We also provide out of hours pick-up times, allowing you to reunite with your pets as soon as possible.


›› Holidays:

At the time of the reservation a credit card deposit will be billed for half of the boarding reservation in advance.   A confirmation number will be given and recorded in the pet's record.

For the KISD Christmas Holiday Winter Break and Thanksgiving Holiday Break, we will refund the deposit with seven days notice of cancellation.  For the KISD Spring Break Week, Easter Weekend, July 4th, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and New Years Day, the deposit can be refunded with 72 hours notice of cancellation. Please remember to book early for peak holiday periods in order to avoid disappointment.

 

Grooming:

At All Pet's our baths and grooms are a great value because they always include a nail trim, ear cleaning, sanitary clipping and anal sac expression.  The best part is you know your pet is in good hands because they are cared for by an experienced veterinarian nursing and grooming team!   We do not rush your pet through the grooming process because we believe grooming should be a happy and loving experience your pet should enjoy! 

We have achieved the highest grooming accreditation available.  We will treat your pet as if it were our own!   Come in for a tour of our facilities!    Your pets will thank you for a day with us.  So, give us a call to make your grooming appointment* at 281-579-7083.  We can arrange a drop-off appointment with the vet and groomer on the same day, a one stop service, saving you valuable time that you could spend with your pet!  Drop your pet off before work as early as 7:00 a.m. and you can pick-up your pet, healthy, happy and "looking good," as late as 7:00 p.m.
